My previous comments during the initial public consultation have not been addressed and still apply:
The plan document appears to be a narrative of the area with little reference to proposed land use. It relies heavily on a design guidance document written on behalf of Locality which I believe bears little relationship to evidence gathered and primarily comply with current national and local policies. It would be
helpful to understand clearly how the objectives in the NP were established in relation to the evidence gathered.
