This table has not had the attention it needs to ensure that it is a usable framework against which the Local Plan's objectives can be measured. Much greater detail is required round the objectives, each one should have a specific tied target and key indicator specified. The draft of the new section for the AMR is a key document to be developed .

A target is that zero percent of Grade 1 and Grade
2* buildings are at risk -the register of Buildings at Risk is out of date and needs to be refreshed.
