Policy ST7: Infrastructure Delivery and Impact Mitigation
Representation ID: 14085
Received: 14/01/2026
Respondent: Marks Tey Parish Council
MTPC acknowledges the housing and employment growth context within which the CLPR and its rationale for identifying the location of the village as having growth potential.
In principle, it considers these spatial policies are appropriate per new NPPF Policy PM15 but have not yet been proven to be considered realistic, given some fundamental weaknesses in how they have been translated into site specific proposals.
Further, the Sustainability Appraisal has not been able to properly assess the individual or cumulative effects of proposals.
Therefore MTPC at this stage object to the provisions of these policies as they affect Marks Tey Parish.
