HBF welcomes the flexibility within this policy which allows for other evidence to provide to support an alternative housing mix. This recognises that the LHNA is a snap shot in time across the borough and as such may lack relevance in some locations. However, we would suggest that the table in part a is removed given that the evidence relating to mix could change over time. Part a should simply state that residential development will be supported where it is informed by the most recent local housing needs assessment. informed by most recent local housing needs assessment.
