This village has already seen the allocation of a site for 75+ houses which are still under construction. Until there is an effective more frequent bus service into the City from this village then no further new housing should be permitted. School and Doctors surgery are already at capacity and a further allocation puts unnecessary pressure on a rural location.

W.H.Collier Ltd support the principle of new residential development on the site shown in the Councils Preferred options Local Plan as PP18 Land North of the A120. It is suggested that land owned and controlled by WH Collier at Church Lane which comprises some six acres in total also be included in the proposed growth plan area. The location and site plan are attached.
