Please accept our full comments as included in the submitted letter and Opportunities and Constraints Plan (including the Site Plan), on behalf of O&H Properties, who have an interest in the land to the south of Lakelands, Stanway.
In summary, Table ST5.2 of the Draft Local Plan lists out all draft housing allocations. A small part of the Site is included as a draft allocation to contribute 5 new homes (Policy reference: PP8). However, O&H consider that the Site has the potential to deliver an increased quantum of 102 residential dwellings, with an approximate density of 40 dwellings per hectare.
